- How do you verify my listing?
- We match the registration number you provide against your regulatory college's public register. Once it checks out, we email you to confirm ownership — usually within two business days.
- My profile already exists. How did that happen?
- Some listings are created from public regulatory records so clients can find registered counsellors. Claiming it simply links that profile to your account so only you can edit it.
- What if I don't have a listing yet?
- No problem. When you create your account you can build a brand-new profile from scratch — the same verification applies.
